Indoor Air Quality, Purification and Attic Ventilation

Indoor air pollution can affect your family’s health. NTM Services, Inc. supplies and installs air cleaners, filtration and purifiers and humidifiers, and properly sized duct systems. As well as perform "Whole House Diagnostics", which allows us to determine the sources of air infiltration and exfiltration (leak check). We also sanitize your systems and install air purifiers to remove all VOC's and air-borne viruses.

We perform air balancing to ensure proper air distribution and perform Manual J load calculations to determine proper equipment sizing. We also install power attic ventilators and soffit vents for additional attic ventilation when necessary. We seal duct work properly to allow units to operate as efficiently and clean as possible.

These tests are perfect for families with allergies, asthma, excessive dust conditions, and/or high energy bills allowing us to pinpoint the sources and correct them.
